BIM model of a 432-seat school

During its period of activity, BİMD has successfully implemented various projects. The first project we carried out using BIM technology was a 432-seat rural secondary school located in one of the regions of our country. With the assistance of foreign consultants, our specialists consolidated all sections of the project into a single model and succeeded in creating the information model of the future building.

As is known, the BIM model of each construction project differs in its level of detail. The project in question was modeled at LOD 350 level. The BIM model covers architectural, structural, and main engineering disciplines. Having a BIM model enables the client to visually preview the building, supervise construction processes, and ensure access to the building’s data throughout its lifecycle.
