Concept design of Aghdam District Central Hospital

The conceptual design proposal of the Aghdam District Central Hospital was developed in 2021 by BİMD Closed Joint-Stock Company, taking into account the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, initial information provided by the Ministry of Health, regulatory documents on hospital construction in the Republic of Azerbaijan, relevant laws, standards, and regulatory frameworks, as well as best international practices in this field.

The conceptual design of the Aghdam District Central Hospital has been prepared based on a modern approach to the delivery of medical services, the use of the latest medical equipment and engineering systems, and accepted requirements for the design and construction of healthcare facilities, based on the following principles:

• patient comfort and safety;
• the possibility of implementing innovative methods of diagnosis and treatment;
• comfort and efficiency of staff work;
• application of advanced technologies.
