Zallar village

The urban planning justification project developed for Zallar village in the Kalbajar district is aimed at forming a modern, functional, and sustainable living environment. The project covers an area of 198 hectares, where efficient spatial planning, transport connectivity, engineering infrastructure development, and the creation of public spaces have been defined as key priorities.

According to the project, 486 individual residential houses and 11 public facilities are planned within the village. Education, healthcare, trade, sports, and social service areas are located within a unified planning concept.

Based on modern urban planning approaches and “smart village” principles, the project is designed to ensure the long-term development of Zallar village and a high quality of life.
